My modality and approach.I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, educated and trained to postgraduate level in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
Humanistic counselling is a relational therapy, with a focus on meaning making and self-empowerment. This modality of counselling seeks to help individuals recognise their strengths, creativity and choice in the 'here and now', in order to live life more authentically.
